Required Skills:
1) Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in MSW (Master of Social Work) or any professional degree at the graduate level.
2) Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in NGO or non-profit organizational Education related activities or operations executive role in any other company.
3)Familiarity with fundraising strategies and grant application process.
4) Experience in Project Management, Leadership & interpersonal skills.
5) Genuine passion for the NGO's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact on the community or cause it serves.
